Spandrel Glass Options
Spandrel glass is an opaque material used to hide areas of a building that are not desirable to be seen from the exterior facade. Available in both ceramic frits and water based silicone opacifiers, spandrel is an excellent choice to hide sheer walls, areas between floors that contain duct work, plumbing, and electrical conduit. Both forms of opacification are available in monolithic or insulated versions in a variety of standard and custom colors. Spandrel glass is not suitable for use in vision areas.
